Welcome to the Smith Undergraduate Fellows Program—a new concept in undergraduate business education. Smith students will have the opportunity from their freshman year on to participate in at least one special academic program, which will provide in-depth academic instruction in cutting-edge specializations in business, and engage you in action learning events and activities which will enhance your business education and integrate you into the vibrant and active Smith Community.


Benefits to Students:

As a Fellow in one of the Smith School’s special programs, you will enjoy small class sizes with special dedicated sections of fellows courses which will facilitate building strong and mutually-supporting working relationships among students and faculty. All fellows programs incorporate experiential learning opportunities—whether through internships, practicum and workshops, field trips, competitions or study abroad. And all fellows programs link you to our alumni and corporate partners who support the school, hire our students, and contribute to the development and application of new knowledge through their contributions from the “real world” of business…a true learning community.
